EU Returns

If you have changed your mind or do not like your product, you can of course return the product to us.

Please follow the steps below:

  • Please fill in the enclosed return form (in case of loss, please request it at service@edzard.com).
  • Please return the goods to us free of charge within 30 days of receipt.
  • Keep the confirmation of posting in a safe place, this serves as evidence.
  • The search of the goods or the refund of the order usually takes 7 days.

The processing and dispatch of returns is of course FREE of charge for you.
